Tanning While You Cruise

 

Tanning while you cruise is definitely an event!  Not only do you have a perpetual breeze but you have CONSTANT entertainment.  Whether it's people watching, listening to live music, or watching some kind of ridiculous contest... it's a sport.  And one you must prepare for!

First... you have to make it out to one of the pools that is on your ship.  Whether it's the lido deck pool that most cruise lines have or if you're going to be enjoying a kid free atmosphere in the adult only section.  To get there you will need some kind of bag to carry all of your things.  I'm sure most of us have one lying around the house, but let's be honest with ourselves.  We are going on vacation and we want to splurge.  However, nickel and diming yourself can leave you penniless so let's make some smart choices.

This bag is perfect!  It stands up by itself, is simple enough to match anything and for $20 you aren't breaking the bank and will most definitely use it again.

Second... You need a good book or Kindle to read.  You may or may not want your AirPods, ear buds, headphones, whatever you use if you are going to be by the main pool because there is so much to hear and see going on around you that you won't care.  Same goes for the book, but always be prepared.

Third... If you are taking a book and you're showing your age like me, then do yourself a favor and order some reading sun glasses.  I didn't even know these were a thing until I did.  Here's a three pack for $15 and you can choose your strength!

Fourth... You need some good sun screen and we all have our favorites so go with that, but please don't forget to reapply.  I'm telling you that you will forget you are baking in the sun with that continuous breeze and drinks!
